Courier Partner

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy (South Africa) to ensure reliable and trackable delivery nationwide.


Processing Time

  • Custom-made / personalised orders:
    Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after design approval and payment confirmation.

  • Ready-made items:
    Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time.


Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched with The Courier Guy, estimated delivery times are:

  • Main centres: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying / regional areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, public holidays, or courier delays).


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Any quoted shipping fee is non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track your delivery online.


Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are correct.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • All parcels are carefully packed before dispatch.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • Once a parcel has been handed over to The Courier Guy, delivery-related delays or losses will be handled in line with their investigation process.


Collection & Delivery Attempts

  • The Courier Guy may attempt delivery more than once depending on the service level.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery will be at the customer’s cost.


Public Holidays & Peak Periods

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, sales periods, or public holidays.
